Phoenix Day 2

Our second and final day in Phoenix was spent with Daddy working and Mommy and Jack...you guessed it! At the pool!

First, Jack and I checked out our private pool...

Once Mommy realized how dangerous it was, we headed back to the main pool! Jack was being a silly baby, posing for the camera...and refusing to leave!

We took some family pics at the resort before we headed out. It was so pretty.

 I had to try In-N-Out burger before we left...

Bye Phoenix! We had fun....now on to Vail!

Impromptu Phoenix Trip

Last week Kenny sent me an email that he had to travel to Phoenix, along with the link to the resort he was staying at. Well, that is all it took for me! Jack and I were going too! It was Jack's second time to fly, so he was a pro!

He made sure to study the safety manual...

Heated pool? Yes Please! Jack and I pooled it for two days! 

That night we went out for a yummy Mexican dinner and explored some more of the resort.

Choo-Choo!

Jack got to pick his costume this year, and of course he choose Thomas the Train. He loves all things with wheels so it was no surprise!

Mommy took his costume off because I was afraid it would get stuck in his wheel....Jack rode his bike up to every single door! It was so funny!

He was more interested in the people than the candy!

We went to about 4 houses before Jack wanted to go home. He is a giver, not a taker I guess! All he wanted to do was hand out candy! He loved it and was so good at it! It was so adorable! Obviously Jack doesn't eat candy, and boy were we happy because we ran out of candy. Jack would give handfuls and handfuls of candy to each person! It was really funny!

Jack's cousins Ashley and Andrea came to see him as well.

Fall Fun

We went to the pumpkin patch this year with Uncle Ricky, Aunt Tammie and Jay and Jacob. We had such a good time looking at all the pumpkin scenes. Really neat pumpkin patch.

The following weekend we had a playdate with our cousin Jacob. I made the boys lunch (which they ate outside!) and they painted pumpkins!

What a fun day!

Fall Football Fun

Jack and I went to Austin's LAST Homecoming football game. Very bittersweet! I can't believe he graduates this year. Daddy was off hunting so it was a Mommy and Jack night! We had a blast!
